The webinar will be provided by Jeff Michaels, O.D., and will review the recently released "No Surprise Act" to educate members with its regulations. The AOA has serious concerns with the implementation of this rule and are seeking a delay in implementation. Dr. Michaels will also provide a brief update on Provider Relief Fund Reporting that is required in Q1 2022.
The AOA has updated its illegal sales tracker to include new ways for members to report illegal eyeglasses sales and new or emerging eye care devices that may pose risks to patient safety. Fill out the brief form to easily alert the AOA.
